The Role
This role offers a driven KS2 ECT the chance to lead a Year 4 class, supporting pupils as they progress academically and personally. You will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons, encourage independent learning, and help pupils develop the confidence they need to succeed. The Candidate
The school is looking for a confident and reflective KS2 ECT who is ready to step into their first classroom leadership role.
 
You should have:

A degree in Education or a relevant subject area
QTS or be working towards achieving it by January 2026
A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A proactive approach to teaching and a commitment to continuous professional growth
