There is a great opportunity to join a caring and professional team supporting individuals who have a learning disability and behaviours that challenge at Rawleigh House a Registered Care Home in Sherborne. The person is at the heart of what we do. Our team is a mixture of experience and age, which brings the varied qualities that make life positive and interesting. We have close links with the community learning disability team and advocacy services, which enables us adapt to changing needs and provide open and transparent support.
The successful candidates will work as part of a team of support staff and will be required to communicate with other members of the team on issues relating to the tenants care, and participate in staff meetings and handovers.

We are offering both full time and part time working patterns working either night or day shifts

Support Workers get £9 per hour (days) and £10.04 per hour (nights) plus 50% for Bank Holidays; employer sponsored pension scheme; generous annual leave entitlement; fully paid induction and on-going training programme; fully funded Diploma and Care Certificate training; occupational maternity pay and paternity benefits; occupational sick pay.
