Requirements:

• A proven track record in successful business development
• Commands comprehensive expertise in Environmental Acoustics
• Demonstrates the ability to nurture the technical growth of teams through effective management
• Exhibits adeptness in project and people management
• Has previously served as a Project Manager, undertaking responsibilities such as budgeting, client proposals, scheduling, and report writing
• Holds a degree in Acoustics or a related technical discipline (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering) and is a member of MIOA/FIOA
• Possesses substantial experience in acoustic consultancy at a principal level

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and formulating proposals
• Assumes oversight of projects of varying scales as the project manager
• Cultivates relationships within the acoustics sector to propel business growth
• Leads a team to ensure the punctual delivery of all project deliverables
• Oversees support team operations, encompassing recruitment, performance evaluations, and personal development plans
• Provides technical leadership and supervises project delivery
