We are seeking to appoint Cover Supervisors, to stand in for absent full-time staff members and provide indispensable support.

Cover supervision work is a fantastic opportunity to support students across a variety of disciplines and have a meaningful impact on the education of young people, without the responsibilities of full-time teaching. For those candidates who may be thinking about starting teacher training or want to go into educational psychology, working as a cover supervisor can provide you with vital hands-on classroom experience!

You duties as a cover supervisor:

Stand in for absent members of staff and deliver pre-planned lessons.
Manage student behaviour and ensure that they are engaging with the lesson and learning activities.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Support and monitor pupil progress.
What you will need to apply:

Previous experience supporting children and the ability to provide references to confirm this.
A degree or Level 3 qualification.
Enthusiasm for teaching and motivated to help students to succeed.
The ability to manage classroom behaviour.
Right to work in the UK.
