My client, a leading Facade Contractor is looking for a permanent Quantity Surveyor.

Location: Based out of Derby office - site visits across the Midlands. Must have subcontractor experience

Main Objectives:

* Conducting application process with payments received on time, achieving a good level of value recovery, from the Main Contractor.

* Booking in price work operatives and gangs on a weekly or fortnightly basis on site, ensuring timely and accurate valuation.

* Where required ensure projects priced in a timely manner and drive to agreement with client.

* Financial control of assigned Sub-Contracts, maximising profitability but maintaining client and supply chain relationships.

* Appropriate administration of the Sub-Contract clauses to protect the business and maximise returns, and protect from contra-charges.

* Ensure accurate and timely reporting via monthly cost value comparison.

* Identify and eliminate risk assigned projects.

* Support wider group and be willing to be flexible working in a dynamic business.
