Your new companyYou will be working for a well-established housing organisation based in the West Midlands covering the Shropshire and Wolverhampton area.Your new roleIn this role you will be performing a range of Technical Building Surveying duties across the portfolio including:

• Condition Surveys
• Defect Diagnosis
• Preparing scope of works
• Disrepair
• Compliance

What you'll need to succeedYou will have practical knowledge and experience in diagnosing defects within domestic properties. You will also have an understanding of Health and Safety and Compliance regulations in Social Housing. You will also have a full UK Driving Licence What you'll get in return
