Bodyshop Workshop Controller - Bristol/Weston-super-Mare

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading and motivating a skilled team of panel, paint, and MET technicians to deliver high-quality repairs.

* Managing workflow to ensure maximum workshop efficiency and meeting KPIs such as cycle times.

* Conducting thorough quality control checks and final sign-offs to meet manufacturer and customer standards.

* Liaising with vehicle assessors and parts teams for seamless repair journeys.

* Overseeing parts stock and maintaining workshop equipment compliance with Health & Safety and BSI standards.

You'll need:

* Proven experience in vehicle body repair and workshop control or supervisory roles.

* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent ATA accreditation.

* Knowledge of estimating software (e.g., Audatex) is highly desirable.

* Strong communication and leadership skills, with a full UK driving licence essential.
