We’re currently working with a well-established and respected developer in the Swindon area who is looking to add a Commercial Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and a fantastic benefits package.

As a Commercial Assistant, you’ll be supporting the Commercial team with a mix of administrative and task-based responsibilities. You’ll be working with the Commercial team, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Estimators. You will take ownership of specific actions and contribute to the smooth running of commercial operations.

The client is looking for a candidate who wants to build a career in the Commercial team in House building, you will ideally have some construction experience and Construction related qualification.
