Higher level teaching assistant in Rowley Regis

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant for our esteemed client, a renowned primary school located in Rowley Regis. Our client has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and prides itself on its genuine and understanding approach towards education, coupled with excellent resources to support teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching staff in the delivery of learning activities for pupils
- Work independently with groups of pupils to reinforce the learning activity
- Aid in the development of lesson plans and contribute to the preparation of learning materials
- Monitor and evaluate pupil responses to learning activities
- Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on pupils' progress.

Job Requirements:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent such as Level 4 and above
- Previous experience in a similar role in the UK
- A passionate commitment to the school's ethos, prioritising pupil welfare and quality of education
- Able to manage a classroom on your own

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
