Early Years Practitioner - Harrow (Term Time Only, Full-Time)

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, family-run Nursery in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional who is dedicated to supporting young children's learning and development within a nurturing, child-centred setting.

Key Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner

CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years/Childcare - essential

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

About this Early Years Practitioner Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow

Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities following the EYFS framework

Observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress

Acting as a key person for a small group of children, developing positive relationships with families

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the nursery

Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare procedures are always followed

A qualified practitioner with a genuine passion for Early Years education

Strong knowledge of child development and learning through play

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
