JOB INFORMATION - Multi-skilled Engineer

Our client have secured a presitgious new site in Southall and are seeking a professional, multi-skilled engineer to be based full time on thtis site.
This is intially a 1 man site, we are looking for a Lead Engineer to build and nuture the relationship with the client and ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner
The position is a site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPM's including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site along with some mechanical and HVAC maintenance.COMPANY INFORMATION - Multi-skilled Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on electrical/mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge of emergency lighting, fire alarms, electrical compliance and reactive maintenance.
HVAC/mechanical/electrical and building services knwoledge would be advantagious
Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would be offered to the right person.
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature.
