Description

Develop and deliver training programs on CRM systems and data literacy.
Create engaging e-learning modules and instructional videos.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
Support the migration to SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.Profile

Experience in designing and delivering training on CRM systems and data-driven programs.
Strong understanding of the full learning and development cycle.
Ability to create and implement innovative learning solutions using various digital platforms.
