Salary: £400 - £401/day

Our client, is currently seeking a Town Centre Regeneration and Delivery Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have significant experience in town planning, regeneration, and economic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing multiple and complex regeneration projects from inception to completion
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
Developing and implementing comprehensive town centre strategies
Collaborating with key stakeholders including local authorities, businesses, and community groups
Coordinating the efforts of internal teams and external consultants to achieve project goals
Managing project resources effectively and ensuring efficient use of funds
Writing detailed project reports and providing updates on progress and outcomes
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of regeneration initiatives on economic development

Job Requirements:

Proven track record in town planning, urban regeneration, and economic development
Strong project management skills, including resource management and budgeting
Experience in managing people and complex projects
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to be in the office 2-3 days per week
