We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teacher to work in a PRU or Education Unit, The successful candidate will:

• Deliver personalised, engaging and creative lessons to small groups
• Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches
• Work closely with a strong multi-disciplinary team including SENCOs, behaviour specialists, and pastoral staff
• Implement EHCP targets and differentiated learning plans
• Build positive relationships with pupils, many of whom may have experienced disrupted education
• Contribute to a culture of high expectations, mutual respect, and emotional wellbeing

Experience working in a PRU or similar setting is a must. In return you will receive excellent renumeration and 13 weeks holiday a year and great pension
