International manufacturer in Buford, GA is looking for a Picker / Stager to join their team!

$17-$18/hr | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Temp to Hire

What You'll Do

As a Picker/Stager, you'll support the production lines by keeping inventory staged, accurate, and ready to go — acting as the key link between the warehouse and production floor.

• Pull pick lists for upcoming production orders using SAP
• Stage raw materials for production and finished goods for shipment
• Maintain inventory levels in Kanban areas on the production lines
• Read and interpret BOMs for upcoming production orders
• Stage and count components accurately and in a timely manner
• Use RF scan gun and desktop PC for warehouse transactions
• Act as liaison between production and warehouse to locate missing components
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain an organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Prior MRP/ERP experience, SAP preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize orders
• Ability to read BOMs
• Adherence to safety rules and guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Must be able to work at a productive pace independently and as part of a team
• PIT/forklift certification a plus (not required — this is a staging role, not a dedicated forklift position)
