Packaging Operatives 

Location: NorthamptonShifts: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pmContract: Ongoing TemporaryTransport: Must drive

We’re looking for reliable and proactive Packaging Operatives to join a fast-moving production team based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a busy manufacturing environment with consistent hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Packaging products to a high standard
• Working efficiently on a busy production line
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe
• Supporting general production and warehouse tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you:

• Can drive (the site is not accessible via public transport)
• Have experience within paint, chemical, or food production
• Enjoy fast-paced, physical, hands-on work
• Are reliable, punctual, and work well in a team
• Can commit to one of the following shift patterns:
  • 6am–2pm
  • 2pm–10pm

Pay & Benefits

• £13.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
