• Creative Preparation: Help prepare teaching materials and create a positive learning environment.
• Emotional Support: Offer support to students with emotional or behavioural challenges, helping them develop essential social skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially with SEN students, is a big plus.
• Compassion: A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to working with students.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
