Salary is dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Support to join our client based in Swindon. You will be reporting to the Accounts Manager. The Accounts Support is responsible for company sales and supplier invoices supporting all aspects of the company's accounting processes

* Check and Input of Purchase Invoices into Sage

* Reconcile Purchase Ledger Payments

* Reconcile Bank Statements and update Sage with payments received

* Add new customers to both PACE & Sage Operating Systems

* Reconcile Company Credit Card Statements, create and post journals into Sage

* Filing of completed sales and purchase invoices

* General Administration associated with the department

* Manage, with others, account email box


* Essential to have Sage / Sage 50 hands on operational experience

* Microsoft Office including Excel & Word

* Team Player with excellent communication skills at all levels

* Organised with attention to detail paramount

PACE is the main operating system for quotes, processing jobs and invoicing which integrates with Sage 50.

Full training will be provided
