Description
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimise profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of management reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement across the organisation.
- Manage and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.

Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.
