My client a fast-growing private equity backed healthcare group, operating across the UK is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner

Founded over 10 years ago this private equity backed healthcare group , operating from nearly 100 sites is committed to its patients and the communities it serves.

As the business continues its impressive growth trajectory, the Senior Finance Business Partner reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager will undertake a strategic role partnering closely with operations to drive performance.

Key duties will include:

* Deliver detailed commercial analysis and insight into clinic trading performance* Build strong, trusted relationships with operational managers and clinic teams* Provide constructive challenge to drive performance and operational excellence* Act as a bridge between Commercial Finance, Core Finance, Data, and Operations

* Lead and influence the annual budgeting process with operational colleagues* Own and understand site-level P&Ls, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities* Provide forward-looking commercial insight to explain trends and uncover new opportunities

The most desirable Senior Finance Business Partner applicant will:

* Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)* Have strong commercial finance and business partnering experience in a multi-site environment* Come from Healthcare / Social Care experience is desirable - given the exposure to people-centric operations, regulatory environments, and complex patient led stakeholder landscapes
