You will support pupils through structured interventions, classroom support, and behaviour management strategies, helping them re-engage with education. Building trust and consistency will be key to your success in this role. With an emphasis on trauma-informed practice, you will work to reach children who have become disengaged from Education and establish strategies to support their re-entry to the curriculum.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is a varied, hands-on position in which you will have a genuine positive impact on the lives of children with additional needs. By removing barriers to opportunity, managing challenging behaviour and developing effective intervention strategies, you will become a positive role model for these young people in this SEN Teaching Assistant role.
