We're working with a leading, 5-star housebuilder who is looking for an experienced Property Sales Consultant to join their team on a well-established development in Aylesbury.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for further opportunities within the business. It's a great chance to gain experience with a market leader and work within a high-performing team.
Location: Aylesbury
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term
Salary: Competitive + Commission (TBC)
Working Days: Thursday to Monday
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the sales process, from enquiry to completion
Maintain high standards across the sales office and show homes
Build strong relationships with potential buyers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Support the team in driving sales performance and achieving targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous property sales experience is essential (estate agency, resales, retirement living, etc.)
New homes experience is beneficial but not essential
Confident, personable, and motivated to deliver excellent customer service
Available to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends
