Job Description

Title: Telephone Operator / Administrative Assistant
Location: Canarsie section of Brooklyn, NY.
Duration: 3-months with option to extend.
Days: Tuesday thru Friday.
Hours: 9:00a - 5:00p. Total of 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities: Phone Operator, forwarding, taking accurate messages etc.
Excellent communication, customer -service /friendly, team player.
The ideal candidate for this position must have general computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with receiving in-coming calls,forwarding, taking messages and typical clerical/ administrative tasks.

Must be comfortable working in a church environment
Must have reliable means of transportation to be on time daily.
MS Office experience a plus.
