Senior Sales Consultant - Berkshire
Basic Salary: £27,500 | OTE: £45,000 PA
Full-Time | Permanent Position

Oval Deene Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly reputable bathroom retailer in their search for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their busy showroom based in Berkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to play a key role in a growing team, working closely with the Showroom Manager to provide exceptional service and create beautiful bathroom designs using in-house planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone

* Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions

* Create stylish and functional bathroom designs in line with client briefs

* Support showroom operations, including stock management and visual standards

* Take on key holding responsibilities as required

* Process orders and handle customer payments accurately

* Offer expert product advice with confidence and professionalism

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven retail sales experience, ideally within KBB, interiors, or home improvements

* Excellent communication skills with a passion for design

* Commercially minded with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

* A collaborative, team-focused attitude with a flexible approach

* Confident, professional, and enthusiastic when dealing with customers
