Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our leasing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Work schedule: 3 days a week, approx 24 hours total, ideally: Thursday, Friday and Saturday (days can be flexible aside from Saturday)


  • Draft correspondences and other documents as needed
  • Greet and assist resident, guests and vendors
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • filing
  • Update resident data in property management software as needed
  • Input maintenance requests as needed
  • Other duties assigned by office team


  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with or can comply with Fair Housing rules/regulations and appropriate conduct with residents and prospective tenants
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Knows how to use Gmail and other Google cloud tools and able to learn new software easily
  • must keep sensitive information and files confidential
