About the role of Senior Project Manager

This Senior Project Manager will be leading a new build or refurb project in London which will require a strong all-rounder Senior Project Manager who understands the whole build process.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager

Reporting upstream to the Operations Director
Managing a large team of up to 50 staff which will include Project Managers, Site Managers and assistants.
Organise the works, keep the client on side, get stuck into the design and programme.
Guide project teams with the correct information and ensure appropriate procedures are being adhered to.
Represent the main contractor in the best light and communicate with the client. Requirements for Senior Project Manager

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have experience working on regeneration works, new build residential and refurb especially around facades.
Experience working on traditional form of contract.
The ideal Senior Project Manager with drive the project, be a strong leader and be very strong on sequencing and programming.This is a great opportunity to lead on a project with a very popular main contractor in London and will offer a variety in projects.
