Project Lead Engineer
Salary: £80,000-£87,500 + Bonus
Location: Hastings/Hybrid working

What You'll Do:

* Lead the engineering scope on one or more avionic development projects from planning through to delivery and integration.

* Manage and support a multidisciplinary team, providing direction, guidance, and development opportunities.

* Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

* Ensure project delivery meets technical, cost, and schedule objectives.

* Oversee subcontractor management and all technical aspects of project execution.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong leadership and the ability to influence and motivate teams.

* Broad experience across engineering disciplines (Systems, Hardware, Software, Safety, Support).

* Systems-level thinking and innovation mindset.

* Excellent communication, organisational, analysis, and decision-making skills.

* Degree-level education (or equivalent).

* Motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

* Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).

* Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is desirable but not essential.
