Bodyshop Office Manager Vacancy - Park Royal!

Circa £40,000 Basic Salary, plus around £6,000 bonus annually.
Working hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm ONLY!
Franchised Independent Bodyshop Our Client, a franchised, Independent bodyshop are seeking an office manager to join their friendly team. The ideal Office Manager would have strong bodyshop experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well managed bodyshop that offers long term career prospects and high financial rewards for hard work. 

Our client is offering the successful Office Manager:
Basic Salary circa £40,000 dependent on experience
Circa £6,000 annual bonus.
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Only
No Weekends!
20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
Company pension schemeDuties of a Bodyshop Office Manager:
Ensuring that all paperwork and processes are accurate and efficient
Leading a team of three other advisors
Dealing with customers complaints
Providing quotations on work to be carried out.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the bodyshop
Calculating the time required to complete all necessary repairs.
Informing the body shop of the authorisation of extra work needed.What our Client expects of their Office Manager:
