Our client, a leading supplier in the catering industry are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Stockport, SK5. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a friendly, team orientated office.
- Dealing with enquiries via telephone calls, emails and web enquiries.
- Processing clients’ order through the order system.
- Providing general administrative support to the management team.
- Copying, printing and binding documents when required.
- Data entry.
The right candidate will:
- Have an excellent telephone manager.
- Have good people/ relationship building skills.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Have good listening skills.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ideally have previous experience in an Administration and/ or Customer Service environment.
