Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD)

Location: North West London | Salary: Up to £70,000 + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time, Permanent

We are working with a specialist provider of trauma-informed residential care to recruit an experienced and passionate Registered Manager for a well-resourced children's home in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a child-centred, values-driven home that offers safety, stability, and tailored support for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The home is part of a small but ambitious organisation with a strong focus on therapeutic practice, life skills development, and personalised education.

Key Requirements:

*

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager in children's residential care

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

*

Proven track record of compliance with Ofsted standards

*

In-depth understanding of EBD, safeguarding, and relevant childcare legislation

*

Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills

*

Excellent written and verbal communication with professionals, families, and children

*

Calm, emotionally intelligent, and confident in handling crises and challenging behaviours

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)
