A Public Body in the West Midlands are look for an Interim Compliance Officer to join for an initial 6 month period, for a competitive hourly rate

In the role you would be administrating Compliance certificates which have been submitted by the housing association's contractors. You will be overseeing this data and if the system believes these certificates have failed, you will evaluate these compliance certificates and input guidance into their workflow system.

You would be working as an administrator of their C365 system and taking the appropriate actions to the relevant compliance managers.

Property compliance and public authority experience is essential, and familiarity with Aareon QL Housing Management System is preferable.
