What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years – essential
• Previous experience in a nursery setting (placement or employment)
• A caring, reliable, and proactive approach to working with children
• A team player who’s willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
• Passion for child development and a commitment to best practice

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
• Help plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Work closely with your team and room leader to meet the individual needs of every child
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Keep up with daily routines including feeding, toileting, and sleep times
• Support the implementation of safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
