Safari Solutions has an immediate need for a full time UC Support Administrator - Skype For Business to join our growing Team. Safari Solutions has been providing Unified Communications, Voice and Data Network Services, Data Networks, Cloud Services, Wi-Fi Systems and Structured Cabling to our clients for almost two decades. Our Support Team is the heart and soul of the Safari family. A successful candidate will have expertise in the support of Unified Communications technology, data and voice networking as well as strong project management and communication skills.

Overview of Work Responsibilities:

  • Day to day support of Microsoft Unified Communication technologies
  • Independently troubleshoot VoIP issues
  • Configure users and clients in Skype For Business
  • Configure and implement conferencing, instant messaging, and monitoring
  • Daily interaction with Microsoft UC end users - both internal and remote user support

Candidates Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Skype For Business
  • Previous experience with Office 365
  • Ability to support VoIP/UC solutions
  • An understanding of data networks and telecommunications standards and components
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast - paced environment
