Safari Solutions has an immediate need for a full time UC Support Administrator - Skype For Business to join our growing Team. Safari Solutions has been providing Unified Communications, Voice and Data Network Services, Data Networks, Cloud Services, Wi-Fi Systems and Structured Cabling to our clients for almost two decades. Our Support Team is the heart and soul of the Safari family. A successful candidate will have expertise in the support of Unified Communications technology, data and voice networking as well as strong project management and communication skills.
Overview of Work Responsibilities:
- Day to day support of Microsoft Unified Communication technologies
- Independently troubleshoot VoIP issues
- Configure users and clients in Skype For Business
- Configure and implement conferencing, instant messaging, and monitoring
- Daily interaction with Microsoft UC end users - both internal and remote user support
- Previous experience in Skype For Business
- Previous experience with Office 365
- Ability to support VoIP/UC solutions
- An understanding of data networks and telecommunications standards and components
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast - paced environment
