An established specialist personal injury law firm with a fantastic reputation across Greater Manchester are seeking an experienced paralegal or fee earner to join their personal injury department in Bolton.

You'll have previous experience handling your own caseload of personal injury (predominantly RTA) claims from cradle to grave. You'll have experience dealing with a heavily litigated caseload and be confident liaising with clients and negotiating settlements.

This role will give you autonomy over your own work without being micro managed! Whilst still having the support and guidance from your team members.

You will work alongside a very experienced team of specialist solicitors and fee earners. You'll have support from Team Leaders and management to be able to reach your full potential and progress your career organically in line with your goals and aspirations.
