Teaching Assistant - L6 Area

Milk Education are seeking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partnered mainstream primary schools based in the L6 Liverpool You will be working in a year 1 class , supporting the teacher to provide fun and engaging lessons. As the teaching assistant, you will be responsible for taking small groups of children for phonics, reading and when required on a 1-2-1 basis.

The role is full-time and will be starting asap running until the April and then reviewed

Key Responsibilities as the KS1 Teaching assistant:

* You will be working in a Year 1 class, previous experience working with children is required in either a Nursery, schools, Sen schools, social care, Youth/community setting or completed a placement.
* As the KS1 teaching assistant , you will work closely with the class teacher and other Teaching Assistant to provide a safe environment and engaging lesson.

PLEASE NOTE - candidates without a qualification but with extensive experience (paid or voluntary) are also welcomed to apply, also if you have any personal experience with SEN with family/friends or different work setting, please get in touch
