An exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to step into a Principal role within a thriving and collaborative design consultancy.

This role will suit a hands-on engineer who enjoys technical delivery, leading design projects, and mentoring others in a growing regional office.

The Role:

Leading the delivery of civil infrastructure design on major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
Overseeing drainage, highways, and earthworks design using Civil 3D and MicroDrainage
Managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
8+ years' UK consultancy experience
Strong technical background in drainage, highways, and infrastructure
Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD and MicroDrainage
Excellent communication and client-facing ability
