This is a unique opportunity to work closely with individual pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, offering tailored one-to-one support for children with a range of special educational needs. As a 1:1 Primary SEND Teacher, you will:

• Work on a 1:1 basis with children who require additional support to access the curriculum and develop key life skills.

• Deliver individualised teaching and learning programmes that meet EHCP targets and support holistic development.

• Collaborate with class teachers, SENDCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure a joined-up approach.

• Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs including ASD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and moderate to complex learning difficulties.

• Contribute to regular reviews and ongoing assessments to monitor progress and identify next steps.
