Our client, a welcoming, Ofsted-rated Good nursery is looking for a qualified and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their baby room full-time (40 hours per week). The nursery is based in a purpose-built setting featuring a large garden, sensory room, and soft play area—creating a calm and stimulating space for babies to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, responsive care in the baby room, following each child’s individual routine
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities in line with the EYFS
  • Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Observe, track, and support children's development through accurate assessments
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
