We are seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to join our team at the Bexley campus. This role involves teaching students across all levels of Business Studies qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of BTEC and T Level qualifications and bring current industry expertise to the classroom.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures in Business Studies to students at various levels.
• Equip students with the necessary skills for further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
• Update course materials and curriculum to reflect the latest trends and developments in the business sector.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching Business Studies and/or relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
• Strong administrative skills to maintain accurate student records and course documentation.
