Our growing food processing client in Downham Market is seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

Oversee a team on the production line, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Maintain high-quality standards through regular checks and adherence to procedures.
Motivate and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Liaise with production supervisors to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
Complete essential paperwork and maintain accurate production records.

To be Successful:

You'll have previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally within food production).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
