MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician
📍 Location: Eastleigh
💰 Salary: Up to £38,000 base + ~£4,000 bonus OTE
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am-6:00pm or 7:30am-5:30pm

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a qualified MOT Tester to join their Eastleigh-based workshop. The ideal candidate will be happy to jump into general workshop tasks when MOT work is quiet - a great all-rounder who enjoys variety.
What you'll need:

Valid MOT license
Confident with servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
Willing to assist with cam belts, clutches, and more when requiredWhat's on offer:

Base salary up to £38k
Approx. £4k annual bonus
No weekend working
21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Birthday off, fully paid
