Logistics Supervisor

An established aerospace organisation is seeking a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to support daily operations within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Working within a small, collaborative team, you will take ownership of despatch, inventory accuracy, import processing and operational compliance.

The Role

Coordinate and prepare goods for despatch

*

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams

*

Manage goods-in, returns and import documentation

*

Maintain accurate inventory and customs-controlled stock records

*

Oversee daily vehicle checks and fleet compliance

*

Produce operational reports and maintain ERP system accuracy

*

Ensure 5S standards across operational areas

About You

*

Experience in logistics, warehouse or despatch operations

*

Supervisory or team coordination experience advantageous

*

Understanding of import/export documentation

*

Strong organisational and administrative skills

*

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

*

Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment

*

Full UK driving licence
