Sales and E-Commerce Executive

1to1 Group have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales administrator, looking to get into a rewarding role with progression. As Sales and E-Commerce Executive, you will be required to work closely with the sales team to provide them with support on daily tasks.

This role would suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and is fully office based.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to support them on daily administration tasks
• All admin associated with stock control and management
• Reporting on weekly sales figures
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Collate new supplier information
• Keep retailer prices accurately recorded
• Maintain sales records and customer data
• Assist with management of website and sales orders
• Ensure forecast data is accurately collected and reported

Required skills, experience and attributes:

• Experience within an Ecommerce role would be beneficial
• Similar experience within a sales admin role is essential
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Analytical and Data Management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Can do attitude, ownership of tasks start to finish, outside the box thinking
