We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B) to build our list of Clients and get our brand message out. This position will develop, negotiate and implement partnerships with prospective clients by researching, cold calling, and using warm leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Developing strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market security services.
Seeks out and researches prospective affiliates through making phone calls, traveling, attending conferences, and utilizing the Internet.
Manages relationships with prospective clients
Cold calls prospective clients and handles warm leads.
Gather customer prospect information and qualify interest
Diligently create/manage all lead data and activities
Self-motivated and a professional attitude
Must possess good decision making skills, be organized and detail oriented
Knowledge of and a proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office
Excellent teambuilding, sales, customer service and interpersonal skills
Base Salary + bonuses, commissions, incentives
To do this job well, the incumbent will need business acumen - understanding business implications of their decisions, knowledge of market and competition. You will support the Company's goals and values while searching for new sources of clients. You should have experience in the field of business development.
Education and/or Experience Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or Bachelor's degree preferred; or fife-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
