The Role: School Office Manager

As Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in the daily operation and organisation of the school. You will manage front-office operations, lead the office team, and ensure that administrative, estate management, and compliance tasks are delivered to a high standard.

You will act as a key liaison between staff, parents, and external partners, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, systems, and procedures

Lead and supervise other office staff

Oversee administrative support for the leadership team

Support compliance with health and safety policies and site management tasks

*

Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met

Represent the school in a warm, approachable, and efficient manner
