We're workingwith a leading regional housebuilder who are launching a brand new site in Peterborough - a 150-unit traditional build scheme starting now.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations from start to finish
Manage health & safety and ensure compliance with company and NHBC standards
Coordinate subcontractors, materials and site logistics
Ensure timely delivery of build stages to programme
Maintain high standards of build quality and customer care
Lead site team meetings and liaise closely with internal departmentsWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing traditional build residential sites (volume or multi-plot)
Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and build regulations
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card preferred), and First Aid
Leadership qualities with strong communication and organisation skills
