Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Territory Manager to join our team! The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives and growing sales volume for water meters and metering technology for Western South Dakota, Western North Dakota, and Western Nebraska.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
  • Consistently achieving established sales goals
  • Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated sales results with 1 to 3 years sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written and communication/grammar skills
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, with the ability to be both a self-starter as well as work
  • Ability to travel 3-4 nights a week
