What we're looking for:

• Experience in general maintenance or trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely job completion.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Liverpool area when needed.

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, joinery, basic electrics).
• Ensuring buildings and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Carrying out regular health & safety checks.
• Assisting with site setup, furniture moves, and general care taking duties.
• Reporting any major repair needs to the supervisor or site manager.
