Maintenance Operatives - Student Accommodation

We're hiring Maintenance Operatives to support a busy student accommodation provider during the summer turnaround period and beyond.

Job Details:

Pay: £16.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Start Date: 10th August 2025

Duration: Ongoing - potential for temp-to-perm

Work Locations:
Operatives will be required to work across all of the following sites:

Holloway Road

Tottenham Hale (two sites)

Seven Sisters

Caledonian Road

Key Responsibilities:

General maintenance and repairs following student check-outs

Basic plumbing tasks (no qualifications required)

Painting and decorating

Room preparation and turnover

Ensuring spaces are safe, clean, and ready for new tenants

What We're Looking For:

Experience with general maintenance and basic plumbing

Safety boots and workwear (cargo trousers) are required

Having your own basic tools is an advantage

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Flexibility to move between sites as needed
