Nurse Manager - Field-Based (Multiple England locations)

We're hiring Nurse Managers across multiple small territories nationwide to support our expanding homecare programme. At Inizio Engage, we deliver high quality, patient-centred care in the community and we're looking for experienced clinical leaders to join our mission.

This is a field based role with a local focus, allowing you to lead a team and make a real impact in your region while benefiting from the support and scale of a national organisation.

About the Role

As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee a regional team of nurses providing care in patients' homes. You'll drive clinical excellence, ensure safe and efficient service delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders including the NHS and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, support, and develop a team of field-based nurses (bank, agency, and specialists).

* Ensure delivery of care that meets both KPIs and high clinical standards.

* Provide leadership, mentorship, and succession planning for your team.

* Support with patient visits and clinical escalation when required.

* Deliver clear performance reports and maintain regulatory compliance.

* Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours clinical support.

* Work closely with internal teams and healthcare partners in your region.

What You'll Need

* NMC Registered Nurse with a professional qualification (degree or equivalent).

* Minimum 1 year's experience in a clinical management or leadership role.

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your region.

* Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical reporting tools.

* Desirable: experience in CVAD, parenteral nutrition, or homecare.
